About Drédeir Law

OUR STORY

Our firm started with the understanding that how you deliver legal advice and compliance was just as important as the substance of the advice itself. Founded by a former General Counsel frustrated with the expense, unpredictability, and delivery of typical law firm services, our firm is committed to delivering legal advice in a way that is easy to act on to make the best and most profitable business decisions. Our firm further understands the importance of having an attorney that understand your industry, in and out. That is why we are focusing on the industries our founder is most experienced in and passionate about; renewable energy and construction. Our founder was the first legal hire for a growing Construction and Renewable Energy firm. When she started at that firm, they operated in a handful of states, bringing in roughly 8 figures of income. When she parted to further her understanding of the renewable energy industry by joining a Solar and Battery Storage EPC, they were earning over 9 figures annually.

Drédeir Law understand the flow and risk required to make complex finance, design, and construction of cleantech products profitable. We understand the full team that makes that happen, from the estimators, to the project and accounting managers, to the chief revenue and operations officers, all the way up to the Boardroom and Ownership. Drédeir Law is here to put your goals first. Also, as a forward thinking firm, our Founder saw the future staring in 2019(before 3 years ChatGPT was released) that Artificial Intelligence was going to be fundamental in business operations of the future. As such, she studied under the AI legal experts that wrote the book on Artificial Intelligence and the Law and became a certified AI Governance Professional. Since then, she has infused all her clients with smart, productive, and safe use of AI in the renewable energy and construction industries. Decide today to allow Drédeir Law to help take your enterprise to the next level by serving your legal and AI governance needs.
